  • Founder

    Carolyn Ames Noble, ASID, WELL AP, WELL Faculty, is the founder of Ames Design Collective where she focuses on lifestyle and workplace design. Carolyn has a passion for the role of materials in design and has consulted for several commercial product lines in acoustics, architectural solutions, flooring, kitchen and bath, paint and solid surfaces.

    Carolyn is the Chair for the American Society of Interior Designers National Board for 2021 - 2024. As a WELL AP and WELL Faculty member, she creates interiors and materials with intention that foster human health, beauty and delight in the built environment.

    Carolyn’s written content has been featured in numerous digital and print publications. She has also led the direction, development and presentation of multiple CEU courses in the interior design & architecture industry with a keen focus on HSW accreditation.

    An interior design graduate from the University of Akron, Carolyn began her design journey at HWH Architects Engineers & Planners in Cleveland, Ohio, and subsequently joined the Sherwin-Williams Company, where she held several positions of increased responsibility, including hospitality & corporate interior designer, Southeast U.S. designer marketing manager, and North American color marketing & design manager for the Sherwin-Williams Consumer Brands Division.

  • Creative Director

    Allen Gaoiran is the Creative Director at ADC. Allen brings 20 years of design experience and a focus on brand design and strategy, visual positioning, graphic, packaging design and illustration.

    While having work experience in in-house creative departments and design agencies, Allen brings a strong point of view in delivering work that meets client’s business objectives while providing strategic stellar creative. He is an inspired designer provocative brand builder and creative leader.

    Creating beautiful stories for brands and translating business and marketing objectives into bold design solutions is his passion. With work experience from New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Atlanta, Allen has spearheaded creative on a diverse range of successful national and international consumer brands within Unilever Brands, Sephora, Ulta, P&G Brands, Colgate Brands, Palmolive, Estee Lauder Brands, Pepsi Brands, Coke and Diageo. He has specialized in the consumer packaged goods, beauty, liquor and luxury spaces.

    Allen brings his global design experience and collaborative nature to the table to push the creative boundaries and align with clients' visions.

  • Designer

    Danielle O'Sullivan is a designer based in Atlanta GA. With over 12 years of industry experience, she has been a member of the ASID Georgia board of directors and has known she wanted to be a designer since she was 15 years old. She is NCIDQ and LEED AP ID+C, practicing in the commercial and residential sectors of design.

    At ADC, Danielle joined the team as our senior interior designer working on various workplace design projects and supporting research development as well.

    After graduating from University of Georgia, Danielle worked at large corporate firms until 2020 when she started DKO Interiors.

    Danielle believes everyone deserves to love the space they live, work and play in.

  • Editor and Writer

    Kathy Ames Carr is the editing and writing collaborator at ADC. is an award-winning freelance editor and writer with nearly 20 years of experience in working with business and corporate publications, magazines, and daily newspapers.

    She is versatile at writing about a variety of subjects, including food, sustainability, architecture and design, health care, technology, manufacturing, diversity and inclusion, and economic development.

    She currently edits and writes for Edible Cleveland, Crain's Cleveland Business, Edible Northeast Florida, and is writing a biography.

  • Project Coordinator

    Heather is our project coordinator at ADC. Heather supports our work through operations such as managing schedules, bookkeeping, CEU seminar requests, materials requests and more.

    Heather has an entrepreneur’s spirit with her background as a virtual executive assistant. She has extensive experience as an EA, and Senior Tax Specialist. Heather is self-motivated and enjoys helping others maintain a happier work-life balance. She is a fast learner, organized, innovative, creative, and a great communicator. She is highly dependable and always has a smile on her face.

    What Heather loves the most is being surrounded by family and friends.
